    The customer service experience is as terrible as O2 next door. I asked a question about their app which I cannot figure out how to get it done myself, since the online chatbot said it is possible. The long hair rude lady was shouting at me saying:“I don’t know, I don’t use app. If you cannot find it then that’s not possible! Done!“ I asked back, “This is the company you work for, shouldn’t you know?“ She replied: “I don’t use that app, nobody here is using that app. I told you I don’t know then that means I really don’t know!!“ We had this back and forth a while, because I thought she should have a least had an action to check it, or to seek out any help in some guidebook? But she didn’t, and her temper just got worse and worse. Meanwhile, all the other staffs inside the store were not occupied. They didn’t do anything, instead, they were watching her humiliating me like this is all correct. I hope their employer could know this one day. Deep down in my mind, I still have a hope that this is not considered a proper practice in this company. 10:10 AM, 20 January, 2026.

    Habe dort mal einen Vertrag fürs Handy gemacht. Shop war sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und kompetent. Wartezeit hatte ich keine, wurde gleich beraten. Kann den Shop nur empfehlen!
