    One star is too many… We decided 2years ago to stop our handys contract due to the bad attention in this shop. At home we kept Magenta M for phone and Internet. This week we decided to try getting a a solution for the slow and unstable internet we have at home. In the shop it seems they want to get rid of customes as soon as possible. We got a very expensive offer so we left and decided to get O2 home. The guy in O2, took the time to get the best offer for us, about 30% lower than the one from Telekom. Then, stated the calls from the hotline with incredible offers! (Slightly better than O2) Why can‘t be this offered in the shop? Why at all having a shop when customer retention is not in their mindset? Sorry too late, we are gone to O2.
