Hier werden von Herrn Kocagöbek bei Vertragsverlängerungen unwahre Aussagen getätigt und man wird im Nachhinein als Lügner betitelt und belächelt, der Geschäftsführer Herr Yalcin ist ebenso wenig hilfsbereit. Ich rate von Vetragsschließungen und Verlängerungen in diesem Shop ab (ausser es besteht eine Rechtsschutzversicherung). For newcomers to Germany - do not commit to a contract with Telekom, especially not in this shop. Promises to make you sign or extend a contract will turn out to be blatant lies and the shop has questionable practices with employees covering for each other‘s lies.

Update (1 Feb) We made an appointment based on the Telekom's reply, only to have to wait in line at the store. Thanks for that, I guess. Even more disappointing was the staff attitude - they laughed at my wife, called her a liar and we ended up without resolution on this issue. I don't know that worse service is possible. Thank you for nothing. *** Original *** Poor management, and shady sales tactics. My wife upgraded both of our phones, mine as a surprise. She wasn't sure whether I wanted the 128GB model now, or to wait on the 512GB to come in a week as they didn't have it on hand. She elected the immediate option under the promise that as long as my phone's box wasn't opened, she could bring it back and make it right. As part of the deal, they also bought her old phone. Well, I did in fact want the 512, and when we tried to call in on the verbal deal, they had to call management to make sure it was ok. Surprise, it wasn't. In order to get the 512, we would have to return the money they paid for her phone (without receiving the phone back). I just find this really disappointing as we have been with Telekom for over a decade and they still resort to lies to get sales from such a loyal customer base.
