  My experience at the Telekom store on Kurfürstendamm was truly exceptional and honestly, completely unexpected given the difficult situation I was in. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. It was immediately clear that they cared about understanding my situation and finding a solution rather than simply rushing through the next customer. I was assisted by two outstanding employees, Mario and Alessio, who both invested an incredible amount of time and patience to help me. During my move, my phone had been stolen, leaving me in a very stressful situation. Since I’m a Telekom for Friends customer, replacing my SIM card and restoring access to my mobile service turned out to be more complicated than expected. After many conversations, careful troubleshooting, and a lot of persistence, we finally found a solution that allowed me to use a replacement phone again. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. The store itself is spacious, modern, and staffed by a large team that all appeared highly motivated and genuinely eager to help. They even had charging cables available, which turned out to be incredibly useful in my situation. Although I ultimately signed my new contract at another Telekom store, that decision was only possible because of the excellent advice and support I received from Mario and Alessio. Their professionalism and commitment gave me the confidence to remain a Telekom customer after more than 20 years. Despite rising prices, I can still wholeheartedly recommend Telekom because customer service like this makes a real difference. If you’re facing a complicated issue, this is definitely a team you can rely on. Thank you again to Mario, Alessio, and the entire team. Wishing you all the very best!
